These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Twelve Volts Co. ("TwelveVoltsCo", "we", "us", or "our"), including any websites, applications, and tools we make available (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. About TwelveVoltsCo

TwelveVoltsCo is a UK-based company that develops and distributes lightweight, single-purpose online tools designed to solve specific problems quickly and effectively. Our Services may be offered under individual brand names (each an "App"), but all are operated by TwelveVoltsCo.

2. Eligibility and Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems to access the Services beyond normal usage patterns
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our Services
• Use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

3. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT where required.

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Some of our Services may offer subscription-based pricing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel subscriptions through your account settings or by contacting us.

4. Refund Policy

We offer an automatic refund guarantee if a purchased tool fails to deliver the output as described within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed automatically in most cases, or you may contact our support team.

For subscription services, you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided unless required by law.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including all software, content, logos, and branding, are owned by TwelveVoltsCo or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, service marks, logos, or other brand features.

You retain ownership of any content you input into our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Services to you.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may suspend, withdraw, or modify any App or part of the Services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or uninterrupted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by email or through our Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

For most of our tools, we process your input data temporarily to provide the service and do not store it longer than necessary. Specific data handling practices are described in each App's documentation.

9. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we reasonably believe may harm our Services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
