- The code doesn't work as described in the product documentation
- You cannot deploy the product despite following the provided documentation
- The tech stack is fundamentally different from what was advertised

2. How to Request a Refund

3. What's Not Covered
Refunds are not provided for:

- Found an alternative solution

Technical Skill Issues
- Lack of knowledge in the tech stack
- Difficulty understanding the code
- General development or deployment questions
External Factors
- Third-party service failures (hosting, databases, etc.)
- API changes from external providers
- Issues with custom modifications you've made
Policy Violations
- Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of the code
- Violation of license terms
- Suspected fraudulent purchases
4. Tier-Specific Policies
Starter Tier
Standard 30-day refund policy applies. No refunds after 30 days or if you've deployed to production.
Pro Tier
30-day refund policy with extended support consideration. If issues arise during the 30-day support period, we'll work to resolve them before processing a refund.
Enterprise Tier
Custom refund terms may apply based on the specific agreement. Generally follows the 30-day policy with milestone-based refunds for custom work.
5. Refund Process

We review all refund requests within 1-3 business days. We may ask for:
- Screenshots or error messages
- Description of steps you've taken to resolve the issue
- Your development environment details
Approval
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method.
Delivery Time

6. Partial Refunds
