These Terms of Service govern your use of products and services provided by TwelveVoltsCo, including all SaaS starters and code products (collectively, the "Products").

By purchasing or using any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use our Products.

1. About TwelveVoltsCo

TwelveVoltsCo is a UK-based company that develops and distributes production-ready SaaS starters for developers and agencies. All products are sold as digital downloads through Payhip or other authorized platforms.

2. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the Product according to your purchased tier:

Starter Tier

• Single commercial use for one project
• Modify and customize the code as needed
• Deploy to production environments
• Cannot resell or redistribute the source code

Pro Tier

• Multiple commercial uses for your own projects
• Use for client projects (agency use)
• Full customization and modification rights
• Cannot resell as a template or starter kit

Enterprise Tier

• Unlimited commercial uses
• White-label rights (remove TwelveVoltsCo branding)
• Resell as part of a larger product or service
• Cannot resell standalone as a competing template

3. Restrictions

Regardless of tier, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the source code as a template or starter kit
• Claim the original code as your own work
• Use the Products for illegal or harmful purposes
• Share your purchase download links with others

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Payhip. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT where required.

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the Product has critical technical issues that prevent it from functioning as described. See our full Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

TwelveVoltsCo retains ownership of the original code and intellectual property. Your license grants you usage rights but not ownership of the underlying IP.

Any modifications you make to the code become your property, but the original source remains ours.

7. Support and Updates

Starter Tier: Documentation only, no direct support
Pro Tier: 30 days of email support
Enterprise Tier: 90 days of priority support and updates

Support covers technical issues with the original code. We do not provide support for custom modifications, third-party integrations, or general development assistance.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we test thoroughly, we cannot guarantee that the code will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

You are responsible for testing the Product in your own environment before deployment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwelveVoltsCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to customers. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
